To book your child onto the Red Hill After School Football Club please read our Terms & Conditions and complete the application form below.  

The form should take around 2 minutes to complete and will only need to be completed once per academic year (IF YOUR INFORMATION CHANGES YOU MUST LET US KNOW).

                          THURSDAY 10th September until 15th October ( YEARS 3/4/5/6)

TIMES: 3.15-4.15PM

COST: £57.00 (KS1) - £57.00 (KS2)

DURATION: Half-Term Course
